What the service is

Medgram is a learning platform for medical students, doctors and educators: a feed, a question bank, practice and courses. By signing in with your phone number you accept these terms.

Education, not medical advice

All content on the platform is for education. It is not a recommendation for diagnosing or treating patients and does not replace a doctor's decision.

Your account

One person, one account. Your name, university and year must be accurate. Student, doctor or educator status is verified with a document; accounts that submit forged documents are blocked.

Your sign-in code is yours alone: never share it. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.

Patient privacy

Clinical case posts must not show a patient's face, name, documents, date of birth, address or anything else that could identify them. Such posts are published only with the patient's consent and after a moderator's review.

Content that breaks this rule is hidden immediately; repeat violations lead to a block.

Prohibited content

Incorrect or dangerous medical information, harassment and abuse, spam and advertising, material that infringes copyright, selling or sharing answers to tests and exams.

Moderators hide or remove content that breaks the rules. Every post and reply has a Report button.

Your content

You keep the copyright to your posts, replies, questions and courses. By posting them you give Medgram a free licence to show and distribute them on the platform.

If you delete your account, your posts stay under “Deleted user” because they are part of other people's discussions. You can delete any single post yourself at any time.

Premium and courses

Payments are taken through Payme or Click; we never receive card details. Premium does not renew automatically. 70% of each payment for an educator's course goes to the educator.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as is; outages and errors can happen. When these terms change, the new version is published on this page and important changes are announced in the app.
